The hotel was exceptionally comfortable. I thoroughly enjoyed its amiable staff. I booked a room with a comfy bed, coffee, and storage space. Coffee, fresh bread, oatmeal, muffins, and yogurt were available.

The queen room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was huge and functional with king bed.

Everything was great, fairly clean hotel, stunning location to Opera House. Functional and cheap rooms with a patio, really great stay! Nice variety of yogurt, muffins, slices of fresh bread and oatmeal for breakfast.

Convenient Location! 🌆 We really enjoyed our stay at this place because it's right in the heart of the city, near all the action. There were shops, restaurants, Pier 39, and even the Alcatraz tour boat within walking distance. Can't beat that for easy access!

Had double room with good aircon and a patio plus the upper sitting area upstairs. A great selection of food at breakfast like bread, porridge, muffins and yoghourt. Marvellous and stunning location, modest restaurant. Located a short walk to a bus station;))

The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and a personal safe, and the location was great, with vending machines and boiled eggs for breakfast.

It has a laundry that you can use even at night (the key is at the reception) and at low cost. . Next door there is a good bourgeois restaurant and on the corner grocery store. . Near the fisherman wharf. . It has 1 elevator.

Unattended staff. We get wet when it rains: there is no large covered area between the reception and rest of the hotel. Small lobby. There were 6 of us and we couldn't fit. Only 4 chairs outside. basic breakfast. breakfast room has only 5 tables. You have to pay to have your bags taken care of. Even if it's just for a few hours. Pay first 92 dollars for 3 days and 7 suitcases and then 50 dollars for 12 hours and 10 suitcases (the day I checked out ). There was no staff to help you carry your bags upstairs. at least there was the trolley to transport them.

Shower separate from the vanity. Two toliets. Very spacious.

Only one desk manager during New Years evening. Slow Checkin due to that. But the desk manager did an excellent job managing the customers during the busy time.

The breakfast options include breads, muffins, oatmeal, and yogurt. the location is great, near Maritime Museum, the park, Fisherman's Wharf, and Aquatic Park. We would definitely come back when in San Francisco.

in general it's acceptable. basic. they have a machine that sells drinks. they have a laundry at an acceptable price 24 hr (they give you the key to go yourself or during working hours they attend to you the owner). small elevator but at least it has it.

small restaurant. limited variety. cold boiled eggs (they offer you to heat in the microwave), bread, sweet breads, cereal, fruit, juices and coffee But the gentleman who attended those days had 0 communication, let's even think he was deaf and dumb. In reception there is no room. Very small. Outside in the open air there are some chairs. If it rains you might get wet because the ceiling is small. Paying to take care of your bags when you check out, even if it's only for a few hours. We pay 92 dollars for 7 suitcases that we leave 3 nights and then pay 50 dollars more, 10 suitcases for 12 hours.

Its location is very good to visit most of the high light points of San Francisco.

Breakfast and breakfast room is un acceptable.

Marvelous and absolutely perfect location close to North Beach, great for exploring San Francisco. Affordable queen room with two bathrooms, a refrigerator for additional drinks, and extra soft blankets. - Provided breakfast options such as bread, porridge, muffins, and yogurt.

The staff was frinedly and helpful

There were no in room movies and now swimming pool. The continental breakfast could have been expanded with fruit.
